How it stays online
- During the graduation show: students upload and edit their own portfolio, contribute through PayPal and download their QR code. Every portfolio uses the same layout.
- After the editing window: preserve a stable archive. The closing date will be announced before editing is disabled. Corrections and broken links go to contact@withok.kr.
- Every year: review domain renewal, hosting usage and broken links; keep a backup of the website and its media. Record confirmed spending here.
- Looking towards 2036: ten years is the maintenance goal. If the hosting service or its pricing changes, review the costs and move the archive if needed while preserving its web addresses where possible.
Gray portfolios are examples showing how the shared template works. They remain visible until the organiser decides to remove them.
